This is a beautiful lake view home with amazing stone fireplace, private decks and hot tub. Lower level features a mini kitchen, family room, gas log fireplace. This property, once owned by the developer of 1300 acre Fontana Lake Estates was designed to take advantage of the expansive Views of Fontana Lake and beyond into the Smoky Mountain National Park. Nestled comfortably within Fontana Lake Estates, the location is split between the marina which has Picnic and Play areas with lake access, a boat ramp, and private walking trails; the perfect getaway location for all ages. FIRST FLOOR

The flat, spacious driveway with bountiful parking will lead you on a short path to the main entrance and first floor deck. The first floor offers a fully appointed kitchen, great room, half bath, laundry room, and master bedroom with its own private master bath and TV. The master bathroom includes his and her sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub with and a separate shower.

Access the spacious deck from all rooms on the first floor. Enjoy the views from one of the many rocking chairs while grilling out on the gas grill (full tank included) or inside from floor to ceiling windows while relaxing in front of the impressive three sided gas fireplace.

BASEMENT

With its own mini kitchen, dining, and living room, the downstairs floor is essentially an apartment in itself. Enjoy the views from the lower patio or in front of the gas fireplace located in the living area. One king bedroom and two queen beds can be found on this floor, both including private bathrooms.

KITCHEN

This over sized kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, trash compactor, stove top, built-in oven, microwave, and coffee maker. All dishes and standard cookware/utensils are provided the gas grill can be located on the deck directly off the main kitchen The downstairs mini kitchen includes a microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, and sink.

    Loved the very comfy and well decorated and supplied home. We felt so comfortable here. I would give the home a 5. Plenty of room for everyone up and down. One helluva 3.5 mile snake-like road with very tight turns and narrow sides looking straight down the mountain. Not for the faint hearted. However, the drive is well worth it because the view is awesome and the house and surrounding area is so totally worth it and away from it all.

    We arrived for a four night stay to enjoy the Smokey mountains by motorcycle. This property is very private, spacious with an awesome view of the lake and mountains. ONLY concern after arriving was the oversite on the approaching road to cabin. Narrow , curvy and steep. We are experienced bikers and felt road too steep (esp at night, no lighting) for our enjoyment. In a car/van perfect vacation spot

    We had a wonderful time. The house was so beautiful with breathtaking views. Candice was the agent that assisted us with our reservation and when I contacted her on a Sunday afternoon, she immediately responded which was great. She was available every step of the way.
